In an international context you will be responsible for: recruitment measures, candidate selection, form of contract for employees at all levels, executives and staff advice and support, evaluation and improvement of internal structures and processes; development and implementation of employee retention and development measures; human resources planning, job definition; establishing and maintaining contacts with external recruitment agencies, schools, fairs; authorities or similar; labour and social affairs; perform individual staff meetings and performance management; wage systems; preparatory payroll accounting, personnel costs investigations and other personnel controlling; initiating and responsible participation in new projects / further development of existing projects.
For this demanding task, you have perennial, generalistic work experience in a similar position, preferably in an agency or media company, and you have a degree as an economic, employment, social scientist or a lawyer with an appropriate specialization in human resources. In addition to entrepreneurial thinking and action you are absolutely performance-oriented, have strong social skills, excellent communication skills and a lot of enforcement assets. Supporting the management in all operative and organisational concerns regarding setup and expansion of MEDIA CONSULTA China (Beijing and Shangai); Contact support and public relations with partners, public authorities and institutions in China e.g. chambers of commerce, law firms, tax consultants, hr agencies, and bankers; Coordination of the foundation flow; Planning and organizing events; Corresponding scheduling for the CEO.

You are responsible for the maintenance and the optimization of our quality management and the quality assurance of MEDIA CONSULTA. You create quality management documentaries, put quality assurance processes and develop them further.
