Heading the MC office in Shanghai, you are responsible for the acquisition of new clients on the Chinese market, the implementation of campaigns in China and within the MC Network as well as staff management, recruitment, business plan development and reporting to the parent company.

With your talent in selling service propositions, your charisma and exceptional persuasion and leadership skills you successfully position MC in the Chinese market. We therefore expect you to have extensive experience in the PR, media or advertising business, if possible in the area of integrated communications, as well as an affiliation to European subject matters. In addition you demonstrate strong competencies in budget calculation and business operation. There is the possibility to start off as a PR Director with the same areas of responsibility and later mature into the position as a managing director.

You will be involved in international PR campaigns for various political institutions as well as well-known brands and media enterprises throughout Asia and Europe. You will be responsible for the setting up and implementation of integrated communication campaigns.

We are looking for experienced communications consultants with an adequate academical degree and substantial Public Relations work experience, at least 3-4 years, preferably in an agency. We are looking for a Junior Public Relations Specialist with first work experience in a PR agency. Ideally, you have some experience handling various aspects of integrated communications as well as good media relation and writing skills. Your duties include: planning communication activities, preparing presentations, liaising with clients regarding the campaign implementation, writing reports, building up and maintaining an extensive network of journalists. In addition to that, you possess a genuine interest in political and social issues.
