You will be involved in international PR campaigns for various political institutions (e.g. various Directorate Generals of the European Commission, the European Council, European Central Bank, etc.) as well as well-known brands and media enterprises, particularly in the tourism industry. You will be responsible for the setting up and implementation of integrated communication campaigns.
We are looking for experienced communications consultants with an adequate academical degree and substantial Public Relations work experience, at least 3-4 years, preferably in an agency. You should have experience handling all aspects of integrated communications as well as strong media relations and writing skills. You should be able to write press releases, articles and online copy in English; a second language is desirable. Job-related qualifications and experience of budget- and team management are also strongly required. You should also possess a genuine interest in political and social issues.

We are looking for a Junior Public Relations Specialist with at least 2 years work experience in a PR agency. Ideally, you have some experience handling various aspects of integrated communications as well as good media relation and writing skills. Additionally, you had some exposure to the tourism industry. Your duties include: planning communication activities, preparing presentations, liaising with clients regarding the campaign implementation, writing reports, building up and maintaining an extensive network of journalists. In addition to that, you possess a genuine interest in political and social issues as well as European affairs.
Researching information and summarising data; Scheduling meetings and handling agendas, notifications, etc.; Maintaining files, handling courier services, making travel arrangements, and handling a wide variety of administrative details; Reviewing incoming and outgoing documents; Assisting in the receipt, analysis, assignment, control, review, distribution, dispatch and record keeping of outgoing/incoming correspondence; checking office supplies handle purchase and invoices.
Educated to degree level; ideally work experience in an agency environment in an admin role; excellent organisational skills; good communication skills; fluent English; fluent French; German (as an asset).
